RETURNS

Return Policy

All NEW items may be exchanged/refunded in full to the original payment method (less actual shipping costs) within 15 days of sale with a receipt. All USED items have an equal 48 hour policy — special order sales are not returnable. All items must be in identical condition as the time of sale, with all original packaging to be considered for refund. Instrument with modifications such as pickups, strap buttons, etc… are not eligible for returns. Failure to comply can result in restocking fees at the discretion of management. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Non-returnable Items

All Pianos, Clavinovas, microphones, software, sheet music, altered or installed products are not returnable. All transactions in conjunction with a trade are final. The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused: strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, accordions, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product. All returns are at the sole discretion of Strait Music Company — some exclusions apply.

Defective Merchandise

Every new product we sell includes a manufacturer's warranty. We will handle repairs or exchanges of defective products for you either in-house, or through our vendors. Restrictions may apply due to different manufacturers’ warranty policies, it is best to call a Strait Music service associate at (512) 476-6927 to assist you with your claim. You may also visit your nearest Strait Music location in person if you prefer. All warranties are different, we are here to help you with your claim and provide repairs when necessary. Your Satisfaction is our goal.

Return Method

There are two ways to make a return:

1. You may return your item in person to either Strait Music location
2. You may return your item by shipping it back to us.
