All piano rentals are subject to brand, model, and color availability.

Outdoor events are subject to weather permitting.

Fees may be collected for loading areas with additional complications such as parking availability, downtown delivery, loading dock heights, etc...

Additional delivery charges for stairs (based on each situation). Determining factors: number of steps, indoor or outdoor, straight distance or winding with additional landing, stair width, material (carpet, tile, wood or metal). Generally if there's more than 2-3 steps, there will be an additional charge. Requested two hour delivery window | 10-12am, 12-2pm or 2-4pm.
