Strait School of Music

The Strait School of Music at our South location offers private, in-person lessons for students of all ages and skill levels in Austin. We teach a wide variety of instruments, with experienced instructors who have advanced musical backgrounds and are here to help you get started, build your confidence, or refine your technique. With flexible, month-to-month enrollment, it’s easy to jump in and start learning.

Service and Repair

Our South location has two experienced guitar technicians on hand to handle everything from basic setups to pickup installation, re-fretting, and more — all done on-site. Whether your guitar needs a quick fix or a full setup, our techs are ready to help.

We’re also home to a full-time electronic repair shop for all your audio and electronic instrument needs. We commonly service keyboards, mixing boards, powered speakers, amplifiers, and more.
