Now the lowest-priced gateway to the solid-wood experience in the Taylor line, this Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric combines back and sides of sapele with a torrefied spruce top, adding up to a punchy midrange response with a clear, woody character and an added dash of warmth and sweetness from our special roasting recipe. Inside, V-Class bracing dials up more volume, longer sustain and improved harmony all the way up the neck. This model also features comfort-enhancing chamfered body edges and a slightly narrower fretboard of 1-11/16 inches, offering a hand-friendly feel that makes fretting a breeze regardless of your skill level. Finished off with a full-body gloss, nickel hardware and a faux tortoiseshell pickguard, the 314ce Studio includes ES2 electronics for faithful plugged-in tone and a structured gig bag.
